The Brief

In our early conversations, Anglo American’s main objective was to establish a consistent stream of content that would effectively engage their employees internally. With a vibrant and multicultural workforce spread across 14 countries and six continents, the business faces an exciting opportunity to strengthen connections among team members, empower and motivate them, and enhance brand awareness throughout the organisation.

The Idea

Introducing CASA On Demand, our innovative solution that offers our client convenient access to our edit suite throughout the week, all at a competitive price. Thanks to our deep understanding of the value of brand guidelines and our well-established relationships within the business, we consistently create content that perfectly reflects the brand's identity.

With this rolling retainer model, there's no need for project-by-project negotiations. We keep our process simple and efficient: we receive the briefs, promptly schedule the edit to align with the client's timeline, and offer our editorial expertise where needed. But we also like to go the extra mile by proactively identifying gaps in audience engagement and providing suitable solutions. We also securely store all materials and coordinate with our client’s other suppliers internationally to maintain consistent communication.

Through our On-Demand services, our client has seen a consistent stream of content, including over 80 videos for over 50 different projects, resulting in over 7 hours of final material exported in only the first half of 2023. This collaboration has also led to significant cost savings of over £57K* during the same period, all while maintaining the highest quality of content.
